My father was at LJHC for rehab after a major open heart surgery he went through and I cannot say anything negative about this place. They went above and beyond to help my father be better every day. From the office manager to the nurses and PT,OT staff was wonderful. The place is welcoming and very clean.

1. All of the 5 star reviews that were given during the same time frame are all from employees. Cynthia Damian is actually the business office manager. 2. I do not recommend this nursing home. My grandfather was here, in their secure unit, and they called me with 2 days notice, to tell me that they were getting rid of that unit. My family and I literally had TWO days to find my grandfather a new nursing home. While he was here, his clothes would come up missing because they would get them mixed up when they washed them. The business manager would let paperwork with the State of Texas lapse, and I would then have to spend weeks trying to get it corrected. Trust me when I say this, do not bring your loved one here.

Great group of people to work with. The Administrator Jody B. is welcoming and warm individual and I know she makes sure the residence and the staff are well taken care of at this Nursing Center. Keep up the good work Lake Jackson!
