Consistency and communication is a real problem with this agency. In the last 3 weeks they have noshowed 3 times. On 1 of the 3 times they found another provider.

Over the Memorial Day weekend, I left messages with several senior care services. My father-in-law suddenly needed around-the-clock care. My call was returned by only one company, Anthem. Terry Silbernagel called me back within an hour and made an appointment to visit us the next business day. Terry arrived promptly and was very professional and compassionate. After meeting with our family to discuss our needs, Terry committed to starting care for my father-in-law that evening, for as long as we needed. We were nervous about turning over care of our loved one to a stranger, but our first Anthem caregiver, Janie, put us at ease. She arrived on time and visited with us to understand what we needed. Thanks to Janie's expert and compassionate care, for the first time in several days, we were able to rest knowing that our loved one was in good hands. Over the next several days, we met or spoke with several Anthem caregivers and staff members. All had the same combination of professionalism, competence, and compassion. They made a very difficult week for our family more bearable. Without their help, we could not have honored my father-in-law's wish to spend his last days at home.
