Clare Creek has done wonders for my mom. She has strongly improved since she has been there and Nicole has been fantastic at making sure she gets what she needs. Unlike some people, my mom's dementia came on very very suddenly so we were not prepared. They have been fantastic about making sure she knows she has a place to stay until her time comes. When my mom got there she was angry and confused and just barely knew who I was. Now she remembers ( most of the time ) her grandkids, her son in law and me. While it's still tough, I don't think I could have possibly done half as well on my own.

Not happy with the home. My mom only stayed 14 days and passed away. They refuse to refund the other 16 days rent. We really could use that money to help pay funeral expenses.
