Landing at Watercrest Shadow Creek Ranch

We looked long and hard for a spot for our sweet dad. From the moment we walked into the gorgeous lobby, I was impressed. Meeting Britney sealed the deal. She is so kind and compassionate. In addition, she managed to make us feel comfortable in the midst of making difficult decisions. She conveyed all the pertinent information in a professional and friendly manner, and she responded quickly every time I had a question. Executive Director Patrick leads a talented staff of people who genuinely care about the residents. Tonya the activities director is creative and fun and connects well with the residents. We moved our dad from another state and everyone at the Watercrest has been so kind and welcoming. The decor is spectacular--like the best model home you've ever seen. The residents' rooms are well designed to be spacious but cozy. Our dad left his home of 50 years, and we are pleased with his transition to assisted living and are grateful to the folks at the Watercrest.

Nice facility. Was there for health fair to promote business and the ppl there were so nice and professional.
