My 88 year old mom's care provider is nothing short of wonderful. We feel fortunate to have been assigned the right person the 1st time. I know this isn't always the case. She's with my mom 4 hours a day, every day, and we'd be hard-pressed to get by without her.

I had to manage my father's care for several weeks from 7 hours away, which added a lot more frustration to an already stressful situation. Donna and Gina were wonderful to work with. They were professional, caring, and experienced enough to help me fill in gaps with my father's day-to-day needs like groceries, hygiene, and transportation to medical appointments. We were close to a life or death situation and I needed their assistance immediately. They helped me be my father's best advocate for his care even when he didn't think it was needed. Now he's close to home and is doing very well. I honestly believe I would have lost him had they not helped me in the interim before moving him up to DFW. Thank you!!!

The staff in the office is so rude.

They treat their employees like garbage. I was left to take care of a man with multiple sclerosis and was told I had to shower him. I am 120 lbs and was told I had to bathe him. I contacted the company and they refused to call the mom and explain. I was left out to dry. I have never worked for an employer that does not protect their employees. Please be cautious when choosing this company to take care of your loved ones.
