Fell in love with Attiva Pearland the very first time I saw it. I knew it was home the minute I walked in the door. I moved in as soon as I possibly could do so. I am so happy. The staff is attentive and caring. The residents have opened their hearts to me. I enjoy the activities. Coffee and visiting in the morning starts the day off on a great note. Socials and exercise, swimming and bus trips. No worries about upkeep on your beautiful residence.. What more could I ask for? You will not be disappointed. Come join us!

This has been the best decision we have ever made. My husband and I were apprehensive about giving up our large family home to move to a 55+ community but have absolutely no regrets. We feel like we are on vacation in a luxurious resort every day. The staff is beyond helpful, efficient and truly concerned that your home is your sanctuary. The community is well lit, grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the units are sophisticated elegance. We feel safe and secure and the neighbors are friendly. It's truly a community environment. If you are looking to simplify your life and have more time to enjoy the things you've worked so hard for then Attiva is your new home.

I have recently moved to Attiva Pearland and I am really happy I did.It is a very quiet and peaceful . We have plenty of fun activities. The people are all very friendly and neighborly. The staff, Cody, Megan and Amanda are very professional and very helpful in any situation. Cody has gone out of his way many times to help out in various situations. I feel its a great place to live. The apartment is very spacious and clean and comfortable.
