Ive been looking at this place for my husbands grandparents. We went in for a tour and Julie helped us. She was really knowledgeable and friendly. We had a ton of questions and she answered everything thoroughly. She also gave us a lot of extra information about things we didnt think about and that was very helpful. The whole staff seemed friendly and organized, the facilities were clean, and the residents seemed happy here. This will be at the top of our list as soon as we have to make a decision.

The receptionist, Julie, was rude and gave poor service. I went in to bring groceries for one of the residents. She was casually talking to two others. She looked at me then went on with the convo, didn't greet or say anything. I was right in front of her. She was supposed to stop the convo and first assist whoever walked in, not ignore them. She also sounded irritated that I had to interrupt their convo to ask her for help.
