Poor management within the community and from the corporate teams. Staff turnover high. MOrale low from staff and residents. Constantly increasing rent every year by 10%. Beware if you are on a fixed income. So many residents fleeing this place since the beginning of the year.

They want you to visit before You Rent. Everything included but Utilities and groceries, For supper: They give you more than enough food for lunch .Our Tour Guide said 95% of their Residents take home their leftovers from their own lunch and eat that for supper that night.... 1/2Bedrooms independent Living w/out laundry done. But they have W&Dryer hook ups. .. Go visit its an Nice Luxurious place. Covered Heated Outside Pool. .

Both of. Parents were original charter members here & they truely cared for my mom & dad, and me at times too- the chef & lunch staff are very consciencious & manage wonderfully even when short handed- also have reliable maintenence & grounds have variety, and waterway & trails are short walk. So many nice things to say, but remember to follow the rules and mind your manners here- Enjoy! Eliz.Clark
