Sundance Inn Health Center

I brought my dad here (90 years old) for 1 week of rehab (after a 2 week hospital stay). We've continued coming 2 times a week for physical therapy. Strongly recommend. Staff works well with my dad and he is definitely stronger than before he ever landed in the hospital.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL place. If you love your family member DO NOT put them here. They are always short staffed and I have waited between 45 minutes and an hour AFTER pushing the call button for them to come change my Mother. Her roommate was having chest pains and no one came so I finally went down the hall and got help. Also, we paid in advance and my Mom passed away in May. We paid in advance and they owe us thousands of dollars and now are saying they are under new management and refuse to help us get our refund! Insult added to injury!

Updating my review to state we did finally receive the refund for the money we paid in advance. My brother was able to contact the previous management company and they sent us a check.

I just spent 3 weeks at sundance following a knee replacement . I have been around several skilled nursing centers over the years with friends and love ones. never in my wildest dreams did I believe a center could take such good care of me. the entire staff were just amazing. the nursing team were very caring and were very responsive to my needs. the rooms were excellent. I had pt every day. the team in the physical therapy dept were also very caring, they worked very hard to get me on the road to recovery. they were also just amazing. in about 6 months I plan to get my other knee replaced. I am going to check with sundance to make sure they have a room open for me. If they don't , I will wait until they do to get my surgery. thanks to all the staff at sundance for an very unexpected amazing stay. if you have someone that needs health center services you need not look any further that sundance. james whetstone
