The grounds are beautiful, its laid out so nicely, and the nursing staff is exceptional. But the current business office staff is completely untrustworthy. Take nothing for granted and check in with them every day.

Stallings is a great place to live and be. I have worked in other long term care facilities and this is by far one of the best I have been a part of. Come take a tour to see for yourself all of the wonderful things we have to offer the Nacogdoches community.

The facility and staff are very friendly and professional. I am satisfied with the physical therapy team as well. Everything has gone beyond expectation. I would certainly recommend Stallings Court to someone in my condition.

I had an above the knee amputation on my right leg on December 7, 2019, and had to go to rehab afterwards. I chose Stallings Court because they had the best reviews on Google search, and I am very glad I did! The entire staff here are amazing, I would recommend them to anyone needing care. The aids go above and beyond what is required of them and are were professional, caring and patient with me at all times. They have activities every day for their patients so you don't get bored or have to stay in your room being alone all day. They have outings such as going out to eat, and going to Wal-Mart. Each encounter I had with the staff were always positive. The therapist are wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend Stallings Court to anyone needing a rehab center or even a long term nursing facility.

Stallings Court is a nice building with a knowledgeable social worker and a super caring director of business development (Kelli Moore) who goes above and beyond to help families and their loved ones! Kelli is always willing to help others.
