Everyone is extremely helpful and goes out of their way to make sure that my father receives the best possible care. The administration, financial services, nursing, staff, drivers, and volunteers are all friendly and welcoming. I am most impressed with their level of communication. I am kept up-to-date on every aspect. I just can't say enough good things about Shady Oaks. They have truly been a blessing.
