I just love this facility and it's staff. They are always very cheerful and it is obvious they enjoy their jobs and really care for their residents. Even the residents are great. Gateway feels like home to my mom and I feel very fortunate to have found them. I know mom my is receiving excellent care.

All the staff members are exceptional. They are cheerful, helpful, responsive, competent, and truly caring. My Mom is so impressed with the facilities, the meals, the activities, and she is so grateful for the personal care and attention that she receives.

We could not be more pleased with the staff at Gateway Gardens. It is a comfort to my family knowing our loved one is in such good hands. To be candid we did not have that experience with other facilities in the area.

We toured almost a dozen places before we chose Gateway Gardens for Mom. We are delighted with Gateway! Mom loves Gateway for so many reasons. The care staff is friendly yet professional. The meals are just right for her. She loves the food and how pleasant the kitchen staff is at mealtimes. She enjoys the choices that are offered. Additionally, in her own words, ' It's very comfortable living here. I love that there are no strangers here. They help me keep my place clean, and everyone is ready to take care of every thing I need. ' As her child and caregiver, that means so much! So many thanks to so many people, too many to list, but starting with Executive Director Abra Kent, for creating an environment that is respectful, comfortable, professional, and best of all, feels like home to mom!

Great atmosphere! Residents Can be as active or private as they choose.The executive director is a working leader. Sets the standards for staff by her example.The D.O.N. is very involved with family and staff making the residents care easily managed. She there nites, weekends whenever she is needed.Activities are always fun and beautifully decorated for every holiday and season.
