They did great for my mom she always told me stories about how good the food was and how great the staff is thank yall

First day my cousin is there and being told by the nurses to 'shut up' among other things. The nurses have no comparison or respect for the patients. No bedside phones. My cousin cannot walk but is being told he has to walk to the nurses station to use the phone.
