Do NOT leave anyone you love at this place. I had the worst experience with my grandmother at this facility last month and saw how they were treating her. They werent doing anything to help her and not only does she have pulmonary sarcoidosis but a total knee replacement which requires physical therapy. She was never getting any better. All they want is your money.I complained and got in touch with one of the regional directors who was extremely rude and inconsiderate of the situation. Her name was Antonette Calicut. Not only did I record the conversation I had with her and the supervisor at the facility but I got written documentation of everything that went on.We will be seeking legal action as they have proven themselves to be a inefficient at their jobs and essentially taking our money for no rehabilitation. Avoid this facility and Reliant as a company.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place only wants 'model' patients that are quiet and require zero effort. If a patient is confused or upset...they don't have the 'ability to meet their needs' and I was told this exact thing! Unreal! There are other choices in the area...avoid this one!

My mom has been in this facility for a couple of weeks and I am very impressed. The facility is clean and new; the rooms are well arranged; the staff is helpful and conscientious; the food is good; and there is a structured environment created to keep them from spending the day in front of the tv. I am very satisfied; this is nothing like the nightmare facilities you read about.
