I have lived here for 9 years. It has been a good experience for me. Maintenance has been responsive to my needs. I am moving this month to Indiana, my home state, and I hope to find something similar to Pioneer Crossing.

I was going to apply to live there but when they found out I get my SS every 2nd Wednesday. She commented ' Oh, you are one of those'. Then wa told that thet pey deposit iis 1000.00 per pet. My opinion she didn't want me there bevause of how my social security is paid.

They keep the grounds up & the management is Amazing & acts quickly to solve any issues. People are very friendly as well. The duplexes are high quality and very beautiful designed.

I have been here starting on 6 years. The management changed some time back. I love it here, beautiful apartments, great staff , any problems are fixed immediately. No complaints from me at all. This is my comfortable home.
