Castle Pines Health and Rehabilitation

My grandfather was a resident at this nursing home and he could not have received better care. Every person we met treated him and our family with the utmost care and respect. He loved his time there especially when he was voted valentine king!! I would definitely recommend Castle Pines rehab to any of my family or friends.

I absolutely love the Castle. From Admin team, nursing CNAs, housekeeping, dietary , therapy dept. and first and foremost the beautiful residents!

I've had the pleasure of working at Castle Pines since December as Guest Relations and though my journey has ended due to a career change I can honestly say I've enjoyed my time there. To start, I've never worked in this type of facility before and was completely out of my element. The staff took the time (often) to help me understand the way the facility worked and why things were done the way they were. They educated me on so many things, different diets, drinks, restrictions, and gave me the tools I needed to be effective when taking care of residents. The nursing staff, while constantly busy, were helpful in addressing the needs and requests of residents and family members as they were brought to them. The administrative staff always included me, welcomed me, and shared their experiences and knowledge. Issues were handled quickly and thoroughly and mistakes (yes, they happen) weren't repeated. The patient care is good, yes it could be better, it's never perfect, but they continue to strive to find ways to improve the care they provide. They actually CARE and I think that makes a lot of difference in their ability to provide for the residents. I've grown to love the staff, my extended family, and the residents and their families. I will miss them all a great deal.
