There first interaction was great, after that, it was all complete b.s. we saw 4 different nurses, and it's rude to judge anybody got any reason, especially when you are supposed to be there for support and help. Nobody wants to be a burden to anyone, but to make my mom fell as though she is a burden is unacceptable. And then she can't even get up to answer them at the door while I was at work ONE time, to discharge her is also very unacceptable!!! I hope I don't ever have to need these heartless people again. Please God forbid!!!
