Unfortunately I don't have good faith that patients are well taken care of here, the staff I have spoken with today where RUDE! I called to get some admission date information on a patient and the staff member that took my call I guess was either speaking with a patient or another staff member and she keep telling them to 'STOP TALKING' in a harsh manner. And then because she could not help me she placed for on HOLD and I was left there for 10 min+. I have informed my providers here in the office and they are looking into speaking with management. If we are going to provide care to your patient, the least you can do is give us the information we need to care for your patients at the facility.

Nurse and staff very helpful and can answer and questions I may have. I see them take a genuine approach when caring for the patients and this makes me feel very comfortable.
