Sunny Woods Retirement

My grandmother has lived at Sunny Woods for over 15 years. She loves the community. It is so peaceful and tranquil. There are so many activities and she has made some amazing friends. This place is so affordable compared to other retirement communities or apartments.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My grandmother stayed here for several years before she moved to assisted living. My aunt moved in this winter and she didn't clear a month before they broke their own lease agreement with her. Some wretched old woman complained that her 2 small schnauzer dogs terrorized her. I know for a fact these dogs couldn't possibly terrorize anybody, one of which is scared of her own shadow the other is sweet and friendly. Instead of moving her to another room like how apartments are supposed to handle personal disputes they kicked her out. Without hearing her out, and without even attempting to meet the dogs. To add salt to her wound they didn't reimburse her her 600 dollar pet deposit when THEY broke the lease. The front office is as bad if not worse than that awful woman who complained they didn't resolve anything they left a woman homeless. She didn't even have time to find a new place she was immediately evicted. Don't give these crooks a minute of your time!
