PART 1..........WARNING...Read until the end before making a decision to place your loved one in these facilities...Don't place your love one in this facility or any owned and operated by Eclipse. We placed our love one at the Elmcroft of Cyfair 2 years ago. It was a nice facility at that time. It has since sold to a newly formed management company, Eclipse Senior Living with Kai Hsiao as the CEO. They have several brands, Eclipse Senior Living, Elmcroft and Embark. From the time Eclipse took over, Elmcroft completely deteriorated. This place has been infested with bed bugs and constantly deals with an infestation of roaches. You may contact the Texas Health Department to verify. Not only is this a nasty place, many of the employees are very unprofessional. My daughter worked here for 9 months and shared that many of the kitchen staff mix food with bare hands. Health department requires all food to be handled with gloved hands and anyone workingor passing through the kitchen wear hair nets. If a kitchen worker has a beard then a beard net is also required. Elmcroft does not practice this. My daughter was constantly reminding all staffincluding Becky Barker the Executive Director as she and other staff would cross the kitchen to go out the back door to smoke, that they had to put a hair net on to pass through as food was being prepared. I will start with the Executive Director of the facility Becky Barker. She is totally incompetent in managing staff. My daughter was an employee for 9 months. Becky allowed other employees to Bully my daughter for months. Masue Tonny a Residence Assistant hit my daughter in the back as she passed by her in the dining room in front of the residents. Masue Tonny also when passing my daughter in the hallway, hit her hard with her shoulder knocking my daughter into residents on a walker and one in a wheelchair. Luckily the residents were not injured. Another employee, Kristin Miller the Healthy Lifestyles Director, would call my daughter trash and make puking noise as my daughter walked past her and in front of the residents. Jennifer Shockley the Business Office Coordinator, confronted my daughter outside the dining room and in front of the residents was screaming and cussing and accusing my daughter of speaking about her. Jennifer Shockley went and told Becky Barker the Executive Director what she had done and no disciplinary action was taken. My daughter was interviewed by Becky Barker inregards to that incident and the other bullying incidents. Becky talked with other staff that had been witnessesto the incidents who validated my daughters statements. Becky Barker then told my daughter that no one validated her statements. My daughter spoke to her manager on June 6th 2019,about none of the witnesses validating her bullying statements. Her manager told her that the witnesses did validate and informed my daughter that Becky Barkerasked her to get rid of my daughter. Her manager refused as she stated that my daughter was her best and most reliable employee. I am sharing this information so you may see the quality of peoplethis company hires.

This place use to be amazing to work at. The ED Becky was amazing until she was ran out by corporate. The new ED, Barbara that they brought in was absolutely horrible. She had no care for any of the residents Or any of the staff. She ran off several of the managers that actually cared about the well being of the residents. Speak with employee that have worked there for a long period of time before you consider moving in your loved ones.

Hello I have a Family member at Elmcroft and I want to say that the building is not what it use to be. One of the most compassionate people that worked there in management is no longer there. I was told that it was because of mistreatment from the ED and New Managers repeatedly. I think something should have been done to get her back. She was everywhere helping out in all departments of the building , and always has something really nice to say to everyone. She really made the community smile as a whole. I CAN TELL SHE IS NO LONGER THERE. My loved one is really disturbed with the rudeness from the ED and Support nurse. I am moving her out with out a notice because an establishment ran like this one has DESERVES NO NOTICE. I feel really bad for others because they have no one to speak up or take time to relocate them. Life is too short to live this way I URGE YOU TO NOT LOOK AT THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING BUT PRAYER. SO SAD BUT TRUE.

I am so disappointed with the way that my employment has been handled! I was hired and the manager still has yet to call me back to confirm my job offer or send my offer letter and I've been given the run-around from day one! I've never heard of anyone! I think it's very dangerous to play with peoples money and emotionally abuse people...it's unprofessional and immature! Pick up the phone and call someone! It's their loss because I am a great med tech!
