Ive been at Atria for a short while and the entire time Ive noticed that the LG Manager Kelly is rude to residents and staff members. It blows my mind to know that she is the leader of a department and all of her staff arent happy working under her. Several calls to corporate have been made from different employees. We are praying for a change in the community and it should start with the head.

Love the staff. We were promised wifi and never got access from the independent living area.The food is ok but very plain and tasteless.Cleaning crew not doing that good in residence rooms.

The team at Brookdale Cy-Fair is awesome! My dad had been there for several years and, I must say, we have had some good experiences and some bad. However, they have cleaned house and have very professional, competent people in the right positions. The aids are so kind to the residents. I am very happy with Brookdale Cy-Fair.
