The day I took my mom there. It was hard to make this decision. But I wouldn't had here any were else. The Staff came to my home and talk to me and my mom. Which made things so much easier. It's a very hard decision to put your mom is a living Home. But the staff were so caring and concerned about my mom. The work with me and got her in there. I can't say enough great and wonderful things about the place. If you love your love one this is the place for them. AWESOME Place. Thank you to all the staff.

As a professional who has been in the senior living industry for over 15 years, I confidently recommend this memory care community to anyone. Not only are they innovated in their approach to caring for residents at every stage of their memory loss, they go above and beyond in caring for their residents and their families too. I know that when I refer a family to Colonial Oaks at Braeswood, they are in the best hands possible.

I cannot say enough great things about Colonial Oaks and its staff. I would like to give a special thank you to Carla for going out of her way to make the process as easy as possible for me and my family. My parents had just experienced Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, and we needed desperate respite care for my father. Carla acknowledged this and expedited the whole process for us without any extra added stress.I would also like to note that Maria from the center was wonderful in getting to know the residents and their families and genuinely caring about our wellbeing. My father was well taken care of and they were able to manage him effectively even in his relatively advanced stage of dementia. I would recommend Colonial Oaks to anyone seeking short or long term care for their loved ones. I truly appreciate everything they did for us.
