Its a horrible place. My dad was in bad shape they wouldnt even call the ambulance. We, his family had to call ourselves. Had we not called his chance of surving that night were slim. Since then doctors have found so many health issues due to neglect. If i could I wouldnt give these people any stars. If you have a family member that can not fend for themselves or speak do NOT SEND THEM HERE. Im not saying everyone at that facility is bad but most are to busy on the phone and talking. Mrs. Pesina should have at least got off of her bottom to see how my dad was but did not. Hereford Nursing and Rehab needs to be reviewed on many levels. Just saying!
