Groveton Nursing Home

Great and caring staff!

This is an incredibly loving place to stay. They have such positive personalities and are very caring and attentive.

This time last year I was a resident of Groveton Nursing Home. When I arrived I was not able to walk, but 48 days later I walked out. I use a cain or a walker, but I still am able to walk. I cannot say enough good about Groveton Nursing Home. The whole team at Groveton treated me like I was their family. I had wonderful food and housekeeping services. The therapy team were awesome and so caring. I celebrated my 90th birthday in May and I sometimes doubt without the care I received from Groveton Nursing Home if I would have been here to celebrate that milestone in my life. I want to add that the staff there at Groveton attended my 90th birthday party even though I was discharged from Groveton last year. I think this speaks for how much they care! To take time out of their personal time to attend a party of a prior resident speaks volumes to me. I am not computer savvy so my daughter is helping me post this here. I just felt it important enough to share my experience with you. Five stars is not good enough for Groveton; they need a 100 star rating! Thank you to the team at Groveton for giving me back my independence to go home again.
