Under new management and doing very well!

My personal opinion of windsor healthcare residence is VERY POOR. My loved one has had several injuries,including being over medicated,mainly because they are so poorly run and understaffed all the time. Several of the actual patients have even complained to me about how they've been ignored when in need of assistance. The actual staff has walked around complaining about paychecks bouncing and how they should walk out. My loved one was placed here for much needed care but to no avail. I am literally worried about her safety and well being more and more every time I leave this place. I'm also working diligently to find her a better place than windsor healthcare,because their level of care is below even the most basic standards.
