THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF PARENTS.They have horrible care for the elderly, many people in hospital because of them. Save your loved ones dont go to the nursing home.

Administrator pretty much left my grandmother on the street because she had an issue with me claims I said horrible things to her when she actually avoided me when I asked to meet to discuss her care. April 2017 my grandmother was sent to the hospital after I found her unconscious on her bed. Her diagnosis was aspiration pneumonia after a month of being in the ICU she was finally ready for discharge so they called report. And I was told they wouldnt accept her? So I called and no one would pick up the phone so I went over to ask what is going on? I thought it was a financial issue which could be taken care of right away taking thy she has Medicare part A and B. No it was administrator retaliating against me.. would not allow my grandmother to come back to the faculty where she knew and loved. And was closer to her sister. When I finally got a hold of someone there she said it was because she didnt have a doctor anymore in Falfurrias. So I spoke with a dr he agreed to accept her, but he said the administrator would not allow her back. Which is just crazy why someone would put out a 97 year old woman from what she knew as home was outrageous!!! So I called the state to discuss other issues as well as this they went to investigate and of course they put on a really big show acting like they loved and cared for her so much and that they would accept her back. So when I got everything together with the dr the administrator told the dr she will not accept I called the corporate office to ask if that is okay because it was a very ugly thing to do.. they were rude about it heaven knows what that monster said to the corporate office. So we had to move my grandma further away (40 min) from family and friends where she became really depressed and started declining. I started to blame myself because I couldnt fix it and I prayed about it.. God is bigger than all evil. Unfortunately you cannot change the hearts of evil people but they do have to answer to God for what they did. Do I recommend? Absolutely not.
