I've been calling for the past 4-5 days and no one answers. I have left multiple message and i have not received a return phone call. This is pretty frustrating when my parents are hitting rock walls without help. I will have to get time off from work which is very inconvenient because you do not pay for my time off. This office needs a receptionist or operator who can answer the phones and assist people who have trouble hearing please. Not Fair to people who can't hear and being elder. Tired of calling every day and saying your closed every day. Understand and consider our frustration.
