Do not send your loved ones there if you want them to suffer and agonize in pain all night; nursing staff were heartless neglecting medical attention. My father would scream in pain and nurses told him to be quiet as he would wake up the other residents. I would not wish this on anyone!

Asked for a cup of ice from the girl at the front desk for my Grandma over 2 hours ago and was told one would be sent over but never was. Sitting in the waiting area, just witnessed another visitor ask for a refill of water for a resident and the girl in the front told the lady that asked for water to find a CNA. The lady claimed that she had already asked one a while ago and still hadn't heard back. The girl in the front just shrugged her shoulders and turned away, couldnt even bother to call someone. Since then I have seen her on her phone most of the time and even saw her using Snapchat to send a photo of her eye and a Starbucks drink she had? Obviously this is a place that cares more about taking selfies than they do about their residents having even basic necessities like water.
