Recently came into a lot of issues with this place regarding my loved one. Several great people as far as some cnas, med aide and physical therapists. But some are just rude and cold. Granted I worked here back in 2011ish for a few months and left due to not enough help being short staffed all the time sucked. Well wouldn't you know. This the same boat they rocking on.

This place is horrible! My Aunt was put here a few years ago. BUT Because of the staff not doing their job by Aunt ended up with a bed sore on the back of her heal, and of course it not being taken care of turned into gangrene and she had to have her leg amputated. On top of that there was several times we found her in a bed full of her poop and urine. Her hair was never brushed and it was so bad that it looked like a bird's nest on top of her head, Because of the infections she got there we didn't let her go back after she had the surgery on her leg. I'm glad we got my Aunt out when we did. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY HERE!

I worked there it was ok but I worked with some pretty hateful people that didn't know how to treat the residents l

My father was admitted to Garden Villa in February of this year, coming out of Sugar Land Methodist hospital. He's now back at home with his family. I want to say a big ' Thank You' from all my heart, for all the medical staff there at Garden Villa. Everyone did a fantastic job taking care of my father, He's in good health now , thanks to the awesome medical staff there. He has his strength back in his legs and his back. The physical therapists there at Garden Villa are a fantastic group of people. I've been there everyday to visit my father, for almost ninety days, and I will say that the medical staff there, everyone of them, work very hard to help out the patients there, I've seen them come together as a team, to help out patients in a emergency situations. If you love your parents or parent, and they need some medical assistance, or physical therapy, Garden Villa is the place for them. I highly recommend this place to care for one's parents or grand parents. Once again a big thank you to all the staff there at Garden Villa for the awesome care you showed my father, for he's just not my father, he's my best friend. God Bless Garden Villa, and it's entire medical staff.
