Unfortunately very unsatisfied with their care 1) calls lights are not being promptly answered, nor place at sight of patient.2) nurses take to long to respond .3) some CNAs arent careful with the patients especially knowing they had surgery.4)not enough communication between CNAs and Nurses.

They can try harder to take better care of the paitents a few of the people have told me that the nurses are mean to them

Accompanied a friend to this nursing home out of curiosity and the lady there was nice enough to tour us. She was very informative, answered all of my friends questions. The staff was very nice and stopped what they were doing when introduced. I got a good feeling from them and from seeing the residents smiling.
