The nurses and cna's that we have dealt with in part are pretty friendly. Michelle in Admissions makes you feel better knowing she is there to help as much as possible. I do not agree with how they do records. Office people are not so friendly and not sure to much attention is paid to what is really going on. Borger Healthcare is 10x worse. GPN&R have been good to my grandmother. Not sure about the choices in hiring. Seems only certain ones get hired and some should have not been hired.

It's a nice facility for loved ones and the nursing especially the CNA's are great

Almost all of the positive reviews were written by employees of this facility or relatives of the employees. Great Plains is not a good nursing home. The nurses refuse to answer call lights and it smells bad. Some of the staff does care about the residents , but their job is low paying and Thankless.

I spent 10 days at Great Plains Nursing and Rehabilitation recovering from a spinal cord irritation. This facility is a beautiful, loving and caring facility. The staff was very attentive to my needs and the other residents needs. Would definitely go to this facility again when the need arises and I very much recommend this facility for your loved ones.
