Bigger is not always better.The one thing I like about working at this community is it is small, which allows me to give the residents the attention and care that they deserve.The food is really good both cooks do a great job in the kitchen. Also working with a group of Great people..Working with fellow Caregivers, Cooks, Housekeeper, Maintenance, Activity Director and Marketing Director as a team we all strive tocare for the residents with compasion, respect and dignity. We are not perfect and we will make mistakes however at the end of the day we really care for our residents and we do the best we can to make ALL of our residents happy. The ED is awesome and makes sure the residents are getting the care they deserve. Educating the family members, giving them the resources they need to deal with transitioning their loved ones from home to our Community.Working here and seeing the changes my Excutive Director has made, makes it a good community for seniors and a good place to work.
