My mom was there and they abused her and that her coat food knowing she was a diabetic and in severe pain and kept her medicine from her that was really wrong and I really don't appreciate that they shouldn't even have any patients there

This place has good nurses and kitchen staff. Outside of that...good luck. Has to be some of the most scumbag people I've ever come across. I wouldn't reccomend this place. They basically forced my loved one to stay while they tried to get medicare/medicaid ready so they could go on with their life. They had a person in office that couldn't do their job properly and it caused them to fire the person. So even more time goes on. Somehow my loved one failed to qualify and the nursing home kicked them to the curb since we couldn't pay the outrageous bill that mysteriously popped up. Nursing homes aren't cheap but that bill was unbelievable. This was days after a large montly payment too. They squeezed them for every dime they could. This place cannot be trusted when it comes to their office staff. It's a shame that sorry people like that run a nursing home. I worry about the other elderly people they've screwed over.

I VISIT NURSING HOMES.....Old place. Staff seems lazy especially on weekends. Building needs to be updated..... And parking lot...however, sometimes looks are not everything. Housekeeping could use improvement and retraining because floors and handrails need cleaning or maybe updating. Kitchen staff is lacking. Care seems to be adequate but slow to answer lights for needs. Each shift appears competent. Both shift on west side seem caring but lack empathy, maybe recognition is needed to award the two. However nurse seems to get overwhelmed frequently on east side. On the east side,,,Many complaints from patients.....OVERALL office administration seems to be caring and somewhat knowledgeable about patients. Building seems to have a shortage of needed supplies. Lack of public restrooms noted. Many complaints from male patients that nursing staff is rude and hateful. A few female patients had said the nurse doesn't give a damn. No empathy observed from East side nurse on many occasions when she doesn't know she is being watched.
