My mother-in-law has been living there for almost a year now, and loves the apartment. However, the man supposedly taking care of the place is never on-site longer than the time it takes to pick up the mail and leave. When you try to call his phone number, he doesn't answer. When you call Hamilton Properties, they get irritated that you are calling THEM and tell you that he probably isn't'getting service' on his phone wherever he is. Repairs, at first, were taking FOREVER, but seem to have improved. Not very pleased with the management of the complex, since it is for seniors who USUALLY need someone around in case of emergency.
