My in-laws are at Signature Pointe for independent living and we couldnt be happier with the place. From the front office to the back, my 94 year old mother in law keeps saying: The people here are always so nice. What a relief to have them here and so well taken care of and happy. The lake is beautiful. The restaurant staff are especially wonderful to the residents. And there are plenty of activities!

My papa was in the memory care unit. They do NOT care about patients in that cannot speak for themselves. The nurses were awful. TERRIBLE!!!!!! Any time the call button was pushed, it would take AT LEAST 30 min before anyone would show up. We would have to look for the nurses and they were 'on break right now but I'm sure someone will help you put him in his bed.' He was neglected and his femur was broken. He sat in pain for FOUR DAYS before anyone told my family he had even fallen. He died soon after because his body couldn't handle the recovery proces. Do NOT send your loved ones here if you want them to recover. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

My sweet sister-in-law was in the rehab center after she fell and broke her hip at home. She was in the rehab center and the nurse Christy was very helpful with our questions. She was very well taken care of and had excellent rehab with very friendly therapists. They were able to get her ready to go home with home health and we are very grateful for the wonderful care she received. My family would recommend Signature Pointe to anyone!

Ive had many many opportunities to see the therapy and social work teams in action here, and can honestly share that this team is highly experienced, knowledgeable and caring, and it shows in the reports I hear from the residents as well. Ive seen them interact with their patients first hand, and they truly treat them as extended family. Always courteous and attentive. Cant say enough good things about this great team.

5 stars!! My mom & other residents/families always talk about this young man named Jeffrey and I finally met him today! He is so handsome and great to have around!!
