Wish I could rate it 0 stars. Please DO NOT put anyone that you love & care for in this facility. The staff are slow to relay information, lazy, & really dont seem to care. My grandfather has been there for close to 3 months in an assisted living suite & I can count on one hand how many times his room has actually been cleaned. There are allegations that they steal from their residents. Last time my family & I went to visit him, an ambulance showed up for only God knows what. I understand were living in the time of covid, but they need to allow more than 1 family member to visit because at least we would make sure he was taken care of unlike the people here who are hired to do so. Its unsettling, frustrating, & infuriating. To spare you & your family heartache, please look for another place.

I have been working for The Meridian since 2018. It has been a pleasure been the Activity Director of Independent Living at The Meridian at Kessler Park. I must say, I truly enjoy my job. Over the years, The Meridian became part of my family. I can honestly say The Meridian has been one of the best Senior Living Facilities I have worked for. We have a great management team and many wonderful residents. Our building has everything you need! We work hard to continue to bring many smiles to our residents, even during the Covid-19 pandemic! Im not saying we have the perfect building but we strive for perfection.

I have been to other facility but Meridian is the most amazing facility I have seen! I have been here two times to take photos for the event! Let me tell you they have a very frendly staff. It feels like home as soon as you walk in. There is a beautiful pool view. This place is great I recommend it to all Seniors. I loved the most how Paola and Stacy show thier love to ther Seniors. It takes pasion to do something with love and both have it towards the Seniors.

Very unprofessional. I feel sorry for the elderly who are there.
