The care staff at PHC is exceptional. I've spent some time volunteering here, and always leave knowing that there are still places that care. The leadership team is the cream of the crop and the Executive Director Mandi has great interpersonal skills. Her unparalleled level of compassion shines through her motivated approach to caring for the residents. She's never too good to help in any capacity. I'm proud to know this collection of amazing people.

My elder sister lived at Parsons House Cypress for few years, she was very happy and the support we received from the staff and leadership team was just great. My sister was a quiet person but I noticed the activities department had her engaged with activities in their main living room area. The food tasted pretty good too. When this covid thing is over I plan to volunteer there, lots of fond memories are there for me.
