I loved the staff and how well informed they kept us about our family member. They had meetings with all of us to discuss everything. They was really great. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I dont even know where to begin,i thought it would be good to have my dad close to me or maybe it was good ,everytime i would find my dad nasty coverd in food from tube,laying in his stools for an hour,bathed in cold water ,never enough hot water giving wrong meds all the time,in and out of hospitals,my dad passed in 29th of march went back for his belongings ,never got any of blankets back that were hand made called never got an answer back so sad ,nice building but hell inside

The night staff is very lazy. All they want to do is be on their phone texting. Sitting behind the computer eating pizza and drinking sodas.. The CNA's all have an EXCUSE why they didn't get things done. The admistrators get very defensive and RUDE when you complain. They even lie about everything and blame eaxh other.. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE.. The WORST facility to have a family member. They don't even deserve 1 star.. They lack dignity, respect and honesty..
