I live at Seabreeze ,have lived there for approximately 8 years, in the 8 years I've had false statements and accusations put in my file that I have went to them and provided proof that the it was false, but they tell me they can't remove anything from my file even if it isn't true,now I've received an eviction notice ,given 10 days to move,have been trying to call all day to find out why ,no one is answering phone, my rent is paid ,I paid my rent October 3rd gave it to the assistant manager, the apartments are very nice ,but to receive an eviction notice on October 4th ,there is something wrong with that picture, I don't know if it's because I'm black or what but I have proof also my rent is paid, waiting now to see what their reasoning is.

The management and staff show their sincere concern for each and everyone of their residents, and treat them all with dignity and respect. Seabreeze also provides a library, exercise room and lounge where the residents can socially interact among themselves. The community is well kept and the maintenance department is quick to respond and address work orders in a professional manner.
