These great reviews are written by thier workers and staff. Do NOT use this company. They are horrible communicators which is especially bad when you're already stressed with trying to find care for a love one. They don't return calls when you need help. And, they can't keep caregivers. So, you get a different caregiver for each visit. They advertise you choose your caregiver, but that's not true.

Visiting Angels is an amazing company. They are compassionate and love each and every one of their clients. They match their caregivers to the clients for a perfect fit. The office staff is awesome and Lindsay will bend over backwards to help someone out. The dedicated care givers we have are wonderful and will treat your family member as if they were their own family. I love being a visiting Angel and I'm going on a year next month and hope to have many more years to come!

Highly recommend you use someone other than this company! The staff are rude to caregivers and send sickening messages when they don't get a quick response! Under paid. Lindsay has a sick attitude as well as Samenta! Highly recommend new office staff!
