While the staff appear to be nice, the management is lacking. My mom is completely confined to a wheelchair and has been trying to get them to remove some doors that she had to have taken down so that she could get around her apt. They have not removed the doors, it's been a year and counting. Searching for other options.

Floor plans are great and the residents are terrific. Getting management to address issues is painful in that they are rude and slow to respond. Management appears to think the residents should be happy with whatever they have and dont like to be bothered with complaints. Problems slow to address:Roach infestationElectrical issuesPlumbing issuesSmall repairsMold issuesSecurity gate repairElevator repairThere is no one on staff to contact after hours or weekends for issues that may arise. The facility prepares well for inspections but lacks the same interest in cleanliness and upkeep the rest of the time.
