This place sold me a dream to work there. Very unprofessional always understaffed and not organized at all! I show up to work and people are looking at me like I don't belong because no one put me on the schedule... My check was short and I just really don't want to make a big deal out of it but it seems they have delegated too many tasks to HR and she cannot get things done in a timely professional matter. I would not recommend this place. If this place is rated #1 in brenham than I'd hate to see other facilities.

Highly disappointed in the care a dear family member received here. I am not upset that this place was not a fit for this person, I know they have to keep a safe environment for all residents. However while they were awaiting transfer elsewhere they were basically left unkept and feces everywhere in the room. This is called neglect. They are not of sound mind and this behavior is unacceptable. I am a nurse myself and I would never treat a patient this way. We are called to care for people when they need us in their time of need. Shame on the staff for washing their hands of someone whos mental incapabilities result in them not being able to care for themselves as they used to.

My mother was in the rehab section at Kruse for three months. The facility was not clean, very uncomfortable bed, very cold in her room (was winter). The therapists were good, but most of the nurses/aides were terrible. My mom was so unhappy here.

Simply not the same after it was sold out to a corporation. Institutional food service lacks flavor.
