I must tell you from my Heart since Mrs Nicole is ourNew manager, Things are so much better She is So professional, but sweet as she can be.I love my home here.and her assistant is really great to.

To M's Linda.I must say that our new manager Cathy is such a welcome change as the Manager .She is working all the time doing everything she can to improve our Home here at Peachtree Senior Living in Balch Springs. I have been Living here for 5 years .She is doing a great job.

Thank to our new managerment company there are doing good but it takes time to get things back in order

Rent increases from $50 to $200.00 more per month. No repairs being done lawn not mowed & no insect spraying being done. Trees dying not to mention shrubs as well used to be beautigul. People are.moving away as no one seems tp care.

The last 2 years this property has gone down hill so bad and is so sad. Some tennants are saying this place has gone from a palace to the pits. Why would anyone invest so much $ in a property and then not care abt keeping it up. Going up on rent and are not making any improvements, huh yoohooyoohoo!!!!!! Wonderful news!!!!!!!we have new management now and even the atmosphere has changed. Things are getting done and the office doors are always open, now and we are greeted with respect, like we're happy you're here. You don't have to fear going to the office any more!!!!!So happy we have a mgmt staff that knows what they're doing. Such a shame so many wonderful residents moved out because they couldn't stand the treatments and disrespect they we're receiving. If u pay rent you deserve to have service requests done in a timely manner and after all our monthly rental payments help pay employees income. This is all good now!!!!!!Our new managers are awesome!!!!!!
