This is a great facility and the new staff and the new manager, Mickey Howard, are great. Mickey has really turned things around for the better. They all care for and love the residents.

This places is by far the worst place in Amarillo. The place has been open for a year and has had the worst turn over rate I have ever seen only because they treat their staff like garbage. The staff does not attend to any of the residents needs nor do they have interest in their well being. The administration and management are trash! They are never available to any emergency.If there is a problem with residents all they want to do is fix it with medication. Which then leaves them bed bound. They never report any injuries and when the familys ask what is goin on you are not aloud to tell them because the manager has to talk to them so they can cover up their misconduct . I would not recommended this place to ANYONE.

This place is the most abysmal assisted living facility in amarillo. The staff get in screaming and cursing matches with the residents. They force the residents to sit by themselves when they eat if the staff do not feel they are being cooperative enough and will even raise the monthly fees randomly if they feel you are causing problems. Not to mention this facility is only about half full. We are leaving this facility asap. If you care at all about your loved ones you will stay far away from this horrible facility.
