The staff is excellent, especially the rehabilitation facility. If they had a hundred employees, 99 would be awesome. But, Helen Davenport is impossible to work with. She wants all your private information even though he is there for a short stay. Insurance pays for his rehabilitation and she assumed that he was poverty stricken and should be on choices. Ive tried explaining that he doesnt qualify. My husband had to leave the room because he was so upset. He determined she has zero social skills. We arent sure how a great facility could possibly have made such an error in judgment when hiring her. She even wanted funeral arrangements!!! We feel humiliated by her!

They treat their residents like family. The staff is very attentive to the residents needs and you can tell they actually care. They really spoil their elderly and go out of their way to make sure they have the best possible care.

It really seems like this place cares for it's residents as if they were their own family. I can't imagine any better care anywhere. There are constant events for the residents and staff together like they are the same. Seems like they count each other as family from that alone, but it doesn't stop there. You can tell by the way each employee talks that every individual resident is special to them. Each person is handled with the unique style that is required by that resident. If I could give more stars, i would!
