Great facility and even better staff. My papaw was in here for rehab and they took such great care of him. The nurses truly care about their jobs and there is always laughter and positivity when I came in to see him. Would highly recommend for short or long term

We was pleasantly surprised at how well this facility cared for my mother. The facility was clean and met our every need. My mother ended up having surgery complications and they were on top of her condition. They provided prompt treatment and were very knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for someone to care for their loved one! Our only complaint is that mother was very picky with food preferences and didnt now like some of the food, but I think she just got used to me grabbing something out for her. We would return if the chance presented itself.

I can't express enough how wonderful Newport Health and Rehab has been to our mother and family. They go above and beyond taking care of all her needs. I was so impressed that not only are the nursing staff hands on but also the administration as well. I have peace knowing that when I am not there she is getting the best care and that means so much.

I was worried about finding a good, clean center where my dad would be well taken care of. Our experience with Newport Health & Rehab was excellent. I truly dont have one negative thing to say about them. The facility was clean, and the employees were super nice and helpful. They made me feel at ease and were always answering my questions and Nicole helped us so much, when dads insurance would no longer pay for his stay. She helped us find every alternative solution available, set up appointments, made sure we knew what was going on and calmed my fears of him coming home. Dad commented several times about how great everyone was and that they were taking good care of him. I couldnt have asked for better!
