The property is nice and the nursing staff is attentive, however the food is inexcusably bad. Of course at a retirement home, many residents can't cook for themselves and rely on the staff to prepare appetizing and nutritious meals, after all, this is why people pay good money to live in such a facility. My grandmother is a resident at this facility and is served canned vegetables and mousse on a daily basis. Being out of state it is terribly dissapointing to know that her well being is in the hands of people not willing to do anything more than open a can to feed her.

I work with assisted living homes all over the United States and this makes one of my top choices. Our family member was treated with excellent care and we were always contacted for everything. I could not have asked for a better staff (more like family) to be with her all the way up to the very end.
