I was very leery of taking my mom to a nursing home. Even if it was just for respite care. I was so pleased with the care she got. The staff was very patient and friendly with me. I would highly recommend them and if need be I will definitely use them Again. They treated us Amazing! They even sent me a note thanking me for choosing them to care for my mother

Couldnt be happier with how well they took care of my elderly grandmother after she had a fall at home and needed rehab! I would definitely recommend!

My mother arrived on Nov. 26th after suffering two strokes. She came for rehabilitation. She is currently paying just under $7,000 per month for a semi-private room (no private room are available). The nursing staff are kind, but over worked and short staffed. The rehab PT and OT are attentive, however, 30 minutes per day will not get my mother back to walking independently anytime soon. She is not allow to use a walker, just sit in a wheel chair so how is she suppose to improve her walking skills? Today is Dec. 28th. She has only received 5 baths in the past month (she is suppose to receive two baths per week). Her sheets/bedding were changed on Dec. 6th and Dec. 26th since her arrival. The nurse told us they are suppose to change the bedding every two days. Upon arrival in Nov. she was signed up for monthly pediatrist visits and has yet to see the pediatrist. She currently has an issue with her feet that needs attention. The head nurse told her she would ask the doctor to stop by, but four days have passed and no pediatrist or on site doctor has come by to assess the condition. She has chronic lymphedema (swelling in her arms, as well as Congestive Heart Failure, causing fluid retention concerns). The on site doctor was suppose to check on her, it too has been 4 days, he has yet to check on her situation or refer her to another doctor. We are very disappointed in the attention given to overall hygiene and the minimal rehab she has received. We are currently looking for other options for my mother.Feb. 16, 2020: Since this review post our Mothers care has improved greatly. She now receives her baths twice a week, and the staff is quite attentive to her needs. She has graduated from skilled rehab to restorative rehab and is becoming more independent. However, She still complains about the food choices & quality. Thank you for making the changes for her. She seems happy and is doing well.
