Vanguard WILL NOT STAFF THIS PLACE they keep the minimums & the people lay in poo & pee hours on end & no one here cares.This place has been disgracefully run for years now!!

Not a place to for your loved one to be the place is nothing but a money pit and most the nurses are RUDE, but there are few good one. I wouldn't put my dog there for rehab.

Recently bought by a new company, CareRite. We are now Manchester Center For Rehabilitation And Healing. They have big plans for this place and rumors are they are going to sink some serious $$$ in renovations to the facility. So we will see. I am optimistic.
