Very poor care. Call lights not answered, medications always late in the evening, not enough staff, none to poor communication when your loved one has new medical needs, food served cold, showers not given as scheduled, rooms and linens not cleaned regularly, laundry gets mixed up with other residents no temperature control in rooms, satellite tv out more than it works, maintenance has a bad attitude and nurses have poor judgement and assessment skills of resident needs.

Been working here since January and i love it! Great staff and great management team. My favorite part is how the residents are our first priority. I plan on being here for a long long time!

Went to see a friend of the family who lives here. I had a terrible out look for assisted living but The courtyards in knoxville tennessee changed my mind completely. The staff was so nice and with any request I had they would help the best they could. Any question I asked the nurse about she would answer as long as It still kept the privacy of the resident ( as I'm not family and it should be that way). The food looked great almost as if you went to a restaurant and it smelled awesome. I want to thank the staff for all they do and for taking great care of my friend.
